There is such a thing as a Gruffalo…

The Gruffalo paid us a visit as we built our pyramid of tins at the Dereham Day on Saturday. He was impressed with our tower even though it was a little smaller than him!

Thanks to everyone who came by and said hello and for all the donations of cash and cans. Thanks also to all the volunteers who gave their time to man the event and to Community Champion Tabitha Flint who set up a special collection point in Morrison’s so people could donate tins ahead of the day.
